With 20+ years of global and local brand-building experience, Lauren’s career spans the beauty, wellness, retail, and drinks industries — having led brand strategy and development for icons including Axe, No7, Soap & Glory, Revlon, and Peroni Nastro Azzurro.
She has also co-created new brands including Soho Skin and ARKIVE Headcare, working closely with founders to bring vision to life. Lauren is an independent advisory board member for the British Beauty Council and a member of CEW UK and US.
