Kanayo is Founder and Principal of HEYFAM Holdings, an acquisition platform focused on beauty, personal care and wellness. With 25+ years in beauty, he spent 13 years at L’Oréal as General Manager and Managing Director, before leading Zelens and UOMA Beauty. A former Baringa Partners director and founder of SalonMotion (an on-demand beauty booking app), Kanayo brings a rare mix of corporate scale, acquisition thinking and entrepreneurial execution.
